Refund and Returns. Information and eligibility for returns and refunds on our products. No refunds given for adhesives and grouts.






Information

Our refunds and returns policy last 30 days, if it exceeds over 30 days after the original invoice, we cannot offer you a refund.

You must notify us of any damaged tiles within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

You are not eligible for a refund on job lot offers.

Additionally, special order products are exempt and cannot be returned.


Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that it was sold. For instance, you can return as little as 1 tile.

We do not offer refunds on adhesives and grouts.

We do not offer refunds for products that have had a discount beyond 30%.


Returns & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thetilepeople.co.uk or visit the shop in Haywards Heath and a member of staff will help.

Returned products must be undamaged and in the same condition they were sold in.




Missing or Late Refunds

It may take some time to credit your refund, however if you have not received a refund yet you should contact your bank.
