When a successful over £500 referral order is completed, we’ll express our gratitude by
giving you 5% of the net cost of that order back in your pocket.

Agreement to Terms:
By participating in our Referral Program (Refer to Earn), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
The Program is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the jurisdiction in which they reside and who are 18 years of age or older.
Qualifying Conditions:
To qualify for our “Refer to Earn Programme” applicants must fill in and submit the above form. Cash-back will only be paid out on orders exceeding £500 and you will receive 5% of the NET cost of the order within 21 days of the order being completed and received by the Referred customer.
How to Participate:
Participants may refer others to our services or products and then completing our refer to earn form in the page above.
Referral Rewards:
Referrers are eligible to earn rewards as specified in Condition 3 once a qualifying referral has been made. A qualifying referral means the referred person has completed a transaction with The Tile People LTD and passed their Order number to the Referrer.
Usage Limits:
There may be a limit on the number of referrals you can make or the total rewards you can earn.
Restrictions:
Participants cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with us, or participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
No Spam:
You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from our Referral Program.
Closing Accounts:
Reserving the right to close the account(s) of any participant or referred customer if we suspect that the participant or referred customer has used or attempted to use the Program in a fraudulent or abusive manner or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Our company reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
Liability
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants while participating in the Program.
Privacy Policy:
As a company, we collect and store the personal information you provide in this form, including your name, contact details, and referral information, strictly for the purpose of administering our Referral Program.
